Jamie Huff earned her PharmD degree in 2017 at the University of Charleston in Charleston, West Virginia, and has since become a board certified ambulatory care pharmacist (BCACP) and board certified in advanced diabetes management (BC-ADM) while employed as a clinical faculty member at Shenandoah University. She completed a 1-year residency focused on ambulatory care at Shenandoah University and was then hired full time as a clinical faculty member. Since that time, she has been providing direct patient care to an underserved and diverse patient population at the Sinclair Health Clinic, with collaborative practice agreements to manage diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hepatitis C virus, tobacco use, and vaccinations. Dr. Huff also spends time teaching various clinical topics at the University, conducting clinical and academic research, and participating in service and committee work. Since 2022, she has been serving as the University’s Director of Interprofessional Education, where she leads and coordinates the interprofessional education programming for several programs within four schools at the University.
