Dr. Beatriz Manzor Mitrzyk earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy (UM COP) in Ann Arbor, MI and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Michigan Hospitals. In 2019, she completed a Clinical Pharmacy Translational Science Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the UM COP. She is currently an Assistant Professor in Pharmacy at UM COP. She conducts qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research to identify and mitigate medication related health disparities among Latine adults with mental health disorders and chronic disease. Dr. Manzor Mitrzyk is also an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist at the Community Health and Social Services center in Detroit, MI and provides collaborative drug therapy management to patients with diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia.
