Dr. Elizabeth Skoy is a Professor in the School of Pharmacy at North Dakota State University. She practices at a local community pharmacy where she provides Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and Disease State Management Services. She helps educate and train other pharmacists in areas of point-of-care testing, immunization delivery, prevention of opioid misuse and accidental overdose, and medication management. She has a passion for the expansion of community pharmacists’ roles in the provision of patient care and advocates for innovation. She has received numerous grants, publications and award for her efforts and works to educate others on the community pharmacist impact and role in patient care.
