Nazia Somani Babul PharmD, BCACP is a Clinical Pharmacist and Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Pharmacy (UIC). She provides ambulatory pharmacy clincal services at CommunityHealth, free clinic located in West Town. She also provides clinical services in an outpatient pharmacy at UI Health Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. She is trilingual and is able to provide patient care in other languages incluing Spanish and Hindi/Urdu. She precepts pharmacy students placed at CommunityHealth for their ambulatory care rotation, and the PGY-1 Community Pharmacy resident at UI Health Outpatient Pharmacy located at the UI Health. At UIC College of Pharmacy, Nazia lectures on topics including advanced patient care services in an outpatient pharmacy, psoriasis, oral health, cough and cold in Spanish, and lifestyle modification topics.
