Dr. Natalie Rosario (PharmD, MPH, BCACP) is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the department of Pharmacy Practice and Translational Research at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. She attended the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy and received her PharmD degree. She also obtained a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Ethics and Health Policy. Dr. Rosario pursued a general PGY1 residency program in south Florida and then specialized with a PGY2 in Ambulatory Care in Colorado. Her clinical practice site is Vecino’s Denver Harbor Family Medicine clinic which serves predominantly Spanish-speaking and underserved patients. She works under a collaborative practice agreement and is able to start, stop, or adjust the dose of medications for patients with high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, anticoaulation, and tobacco cessation.
