Dr. Sa’ed Al-Olimat, PharmD is a Taiwanese-Jordanian first generation American immigrant. He grew up in Ada, OH and in 2014 moved to Pittsburgh, PA to pursue his Doctorate of Pharmacy at Duquesne University. While pursuing his Doctorate, he served in a variety of leadership positions in the School of Pharmacy and in local South Side community.
Dr. Sa’ed Al-Olimat is a licensed pharmacist and has worked with pharmaceutical companies, prescriber clinics, hospice and palliative care organizations, insurance groups, and other settings to enhance patient care. Dr. Sa’ed's passion in advancing mental health outcomes led him to investigate psilocybin and other classical psychedelic compounds as tools for mental, spiritual, and emotional support. He actively contributes to the field through various speaking engagements. He shares his perspective on podcasts, participates in specialized psychedelic training programs, and presents at conferences.
Dr. Sa’ed is a Community Pharmacy Manager. Outside of pharmacy management, he serves as a Co-Founder of the Psychedelic Pharmacists Association, Co-Founder of Origin Mycology, Founder of PsiloHealth, advisor to a few psychedelic companies and organizations, as well as a Board Director for his local county pharmacists association. In his free time, he enjoys practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Dr. Sa'ed believes that psychedelic therapeutics have potential for profound healing and that pharmacists must be equipped to meet their communities where they're at as this field evolves.
