Commander Lindsay Wagner received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2009 and a Masters in Health Communication and Promotion from Washington State University in 2023. After receiving her PharmD, she completed a two-year post-doctoral fellowship in drug information with Purdue University, Janssen Scientific Affairs, and FDA. CDR Wagner joined the FDA’s Division of Drug Information in 2011 and the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps in 2012. In her role as Branch Chief for the Education & Outreach Branch in the Division of Drug Information, she leads pharmacists and other experts in providing timely, complete, and accurate responses to drug information inquiries from around the globe. CDR Wagner contributes her expertise to many programs including Expanded Access and the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). CDR Wagner serves as the Director of the Regulatory Pharmaceutical Fellowship Program which offers jointly sponsored post-PharmD training opportunities in the areas of drug information, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, drug advertising and promotion, medication safety, regulatory policy, and regulatory science in partnership with academia with experiences in pharmaceutical industry. CDR Wagner enjoys providing presentations on drug-related topics and has contributed to several book chapters.
