Riley is originally from a small town in Iowa and attended the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy for her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She is a third-generation pharmacist following in the footsteps of her grandfather and mother. Additionally, she is passionate about providing care to patients in the independent community pharmacy setting, especially in rural areas as well as expanding clinical services in independent community pharmacy practice. Currently she is completing her PGY1 Community-based Pharmacy Residency with Moose Pharmacy and the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy where she has gotten to expand her knowledge in clinical services, collaborate with practitioners, and continued to advocate for pharmacists and patients.
