Joel Farley, PhD, FAPhA is Professor and Associate Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Care and Health Systems at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. He also hold the Peters Endowed Chair in Pharmacy Practice Innovation. Dr. Farley has expertise as a health outcomes researcher specializing in the evaluation of pharmaceutical policies and programs.
