Kate Hettinger-Riddell, PharmD, MS is a Lecturer in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Purdue University College of Pharmacy. In this role she works as a clinical pharmacist at the Purdue University Pharmacy, providing clinical services such as birth control consultations as well as teaches first year pharmacy students about community pharmacy in a combined didactic and experiential course. Dr. Riddell received her PharmD from Butler University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2020 and subsequently completed a PGY-1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency at Topeka Pharmacy with Purdue University. Additionally, she has completed a Community Practice Research Fellowship at Purdue University and obtained her MS degree in Health Services, Outcomes, and Policy. Dr. Riddell is a champion for community pharmacy advancement, and currently serves as the Managing Network Facilitator for the Community Pharmacy Enhanced Services Network (CPESN) Indiana network. She is also the president-elect for the Indiana Pharmacy Association Indiana Academy of Independent Pharmacists (IAIP) and works part-time for a local independent pharmacy, Cowan Drugs.
