Dr. Natalie Hohmann, PharmD, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Auburn University Harrison College of Pharmacy. She received her PharmD degree in 2012 from the University of California San Diego and her PhD in Health Outcomes Research and Policy in 2019 from Auburn University. She is a health services researcher with expertise in decision science. Her research goal is to develop point-of-care tools that help patients, family caregivers, and providers make better healthcare decisions by improving risk communication, shared decision-making, and quality of care. Her research portfolio focuses on patient-centered studies investigating social and behavioral aspects of health, including chronic disease self-management, cancer care coordination, fall prevention among older adults, and access to care for dementia caregivers.
