Daijiro Oshitari, a Meijer/Wayne State University PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident in Michigan, is a graduate of the University of Hawai'i at Hilo, Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy. He is passionate in community pharmacy practice advancement while advancing the pharmacy profession. As a pharmacy resident, he has shown compassion to the community he serves, which has led to positive patient outcomes. He has been enjoying the midwest and everything Michigan has to offer. He hopes to pursue a position post-residency in a ambulatory clinic, academia, industry, admnistrative or leadership role. He hopes to share his experience to his peers or to the next generation of pharmacists. On his free time, he enjoys exploring the outdoors and having a great time being part of the sports pride of Detroit and Michigan.
