Federico Facciolo, MS, PhD(c) is a PhD Candidate in Social and Administrative Pharmacy at the University of Minnesota. His experiences include leading quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods studies in community pharmacy services and organizational culture. He also has expertise in designing and implementing evaluations and quality improvement processes to translate scholarly evidence into stakeholders-adapted interventions in pharmacy education, and in-person and online teaching experiences addressing socioeconomic disparities and health literacy. His backround includes diverse industry experiences across regulatory and medical affairs, where he helped obtain and maintain specialty drug approvals and interpreted data from randomized controlled trials and observational studies to write scientific summaries and educate physicians, pharmacists, and clinical researchers. His career goal is to establish himself as a mixed methods researcher and evaluator in the field of health services research and improve pharmacy practice and education.
