Pharmacists play an integral part within the interprofessional team and have skills and knowledge which allow them to collaborate with a variety of practitioners. Collaboration involving pharmacists has been shown to improve the quality of drug use.  This session will review unique interprofessional practice models and discuss innovative ways for pharmacists to be part of the interprofessional team in various settings.
