Being regulated by many different agencies is a constant in the nuclear pharmacy practice setting; however, the rules are continually changing. Come hear updates to existing rules/regulations and find out how the NRC, USP, and a new congressional act affect nuclear pharmacy.

  • Describe the benefits of the proposed “FIND Act”
  • Describe the progress of the Act in congress and recognize what Congressional support exists
  • List the differences in reimbursement including Pass through status, bundling, and inpatient/outpatient settings
