The Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) was enacted by Congress in November of 2013. Effective November 27, 2024, thanks to a one-year extension, every Pharmacy is required to comply with the requirements of the DSCSA and build an electronic, interoperable system to identify and trace prescription drugs as they are distributed in the United States. Attend this session to review legislative requirements and discuss best practices found for implementing systems to remain compliant.
