Pharmacy technicians are a critical part of the team; however, technician turnover is at an all-time high, and pharmacies are struggling to fill positions for pharmacy technicians.  Attend this session to learn more about why this is occurring and strategies for recruitment, retention and building career plans to promote job satisfaction amongst pharmacy technicians.
