Last year Congress passed the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), a new law that addresses prescription drug costs and drug prices in the Medicare program. The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) is actively working on implementation of IRA provisions, and pharmacies should be paying close attention to how specific changes in the new law could affect their businesses. Attend this presentation for an overview of the IRA provisions that specifically impact pharmacies and how they will alter the Part D landscape.
